How do I book a holiday with Exotic Escapes?

You can book online via our website, contact one of our travel specialists, or request a tailor-made itinerary based on your preferences.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers. Flexible payment plans may be available for certain trips—just ask our team.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. For many bookings, we offer deposit and balance payment options, with the final amount usually due 6 to 8 weeks before departure.

Are your prices per person or per booking?

Unless otherwise specified, prices are listed per person, based on two people sharing a room.

Is there a cancellation or refund policy?

Yes. Our cancellation policy is outlined at the time of booking and depends on the type of package. We always recommend travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations.

Do I need a visa to travel to Costa Rica?
