Code Samui Hotel
Home Destinations Code Samui Hotel
Code Samui Hotel is a contemporary all-suite retreat set on a hillside above Bang Por on Koh Samui’s peaceful northern coast. The property offers 40 generously proportioned guest suites and a five-bedroom villa, combining the privacy and space of residential accommodation with the services and leisure facilities of a boutique hotel.
Every suite faces the sea, allowing guests to enjoy broad views across the Gulf of Thailand and towards the neighbouring islands. The quiet location, spacious interiors and design-led atmosphere make the hotel especially suitable for couples, longer stays and travellers who prefer a more secluded alternative to the busy resort centres of Chaweng and Lamai.
The hotel’s tiered white buildings rise above tropical vegetation, creating an elevated vantage point over the coastline. Floor-to-ceiling windows and glass-fronted balconies maximise the outlook, while the infinity pool and open terraces appear to merge visually with the distant sea.
Interiors follow a minimalist contemporary style dominated by white surfaces, pale timber, clean architectural lines and bespoke furnishings. Custom-made leather sofas, polished floors and open-plan living spaces give the suites a bright residential character, softened by sea views and the surrounding palms.
The One Bedroom Pool and Terrace Suite measures approximately 49 square metres and provides either direct access to the infinity pool or a spacious private terrace with an oversized daybed. The One Bedroom Ocean View Suites range from approximately 45 to 59 square metres and occupy the second floor, with king-size beds, separate living areas and uninterrupted views through floor-to-ceiling glass doors.
One Bedroom Ocean View Penthouse Suites occupy the highest level and offer similarly spacious layouts with enhanced elevated views. The 75-square-metre Two Bedroom Ocean View Penthouse Suite provides a practical option for families or friends travelling together. Suites include furnished terraces, fully equipped kitchens, dining and lounge areas, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safes and bathrooms with rain showers and locally produced amenities.
Vanilla Fusion Bar & Restaurant is the hotel’s principal dining venue, serving food in an open-air setting overlooking the pool and coastline. The kitchen focuses on fresh, locally sourced produce and offers Thai classics, seafood dishes and familiar Western favourites prepared to international standards.
Guests can begin the day with a buffet breakfast and return for poolside meals, cocktails or relaxed evening dining. Indoor seating and room service provide alternatives when greater privacy is preferred, while Thai cooking classes offer an opportunity to learn more about local ingredients and preparation techniques.
The sea-facing infinity pool is the visual centrepiece of the hotel, complemented by an outdoor Jacuzzi overlooking the tropical landscape. A 24-hour fitness studio provides cardio machines, cross trainers, resistance equipment, free weights and yoga mats, while a sauna and steam room offer space to recover after exercise or a day exploring the island.
Panu Natural Spa combines treatments drawn from Eastern and Western wellness traditions, including massages, facials and body therapies. Guests may also use the tennis court, with equipment and lessons available on request, or arrange island tours and excursions to beaches, temples, viewpoints and other attractions across Koh Samui.
Code Samui Hotel is located at 55/13 Moo 6, Bang Por Soi 4, within the Mae Nam subdistrict of Koh Samui. The hillside setting is only a few minutes from Bang Por Beach and its beachfront restaurants, while the surrounding northern coast remains considerably quieter than the island’s principal nightlife areas.
Nathon, Koh Samui’s main west-coast town and ferry port, and Santiburi Samui Country Club are within convenient driving distance. Mae Nam and Fisherman’s Village provide additional restaurants, markets and shopping, while Samui International Airport can be reached by road from the hotel, with journey times dependent on island traffic.
